Patna High Court CWJC No.14784 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 and the petitioner has been removed from the post of Pramukh, Block Panchayat Samiti, Phenhara.

In view of the subsequent developments, which took place during pendency of the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant writ petition in order to challenge the resolution taken in the special meeting dated 30th July, 2018 by way of filing a fresh writ petition on amongst others the grounds taken in the instant writ petition.
