2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Korma P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025, instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 110, 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the date of occurrence when the son of the informant was returning with his maternal uncle, the accused persons including the petitioner armed with weapon caught hold the informant's son and demanded money. It is further alleged that the petitioner assaulted on the head of informant's son Amol Kumar with iron rod causing head injury. Co-accused Kundan Kumar snatched golden chain from the neck of informant's son and co-accused Munna Paswan taken away Rs. 10,000/- from the pocket of informant's son.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80817 of 2025(2) dt.08-01-2026 2/2 Earlier, petitioner had filed a criminal case against the informant due to which this false case has been filed against the petitioner. It is further submitted that injury on the injured is simple in nature. Other co-accused persons, namely, Randhir Paswan, Pintu Paswan and Ajay Paswan have already been granted anticipatory bail by the Court concerned. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent which is related to family dispute. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Sheikhpura in connection with Korma P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023.
