The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the I.P.C.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner committed irregularities in allotment of Indira Awas Yojna.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner was the Panchayat Sachiv of the concerned Panchayat at the relevant time. It is alleged that

It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- in the court below, which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

The petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- in the court below within a period of four weeks, which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Buxar in connection with Simari P.S. case No.93 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
