1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case no.13 of 2023 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, two accused persons are said to have entered into the Customer Service Point (CSP) of State Bank of India being run by the informant and on gunpoint, are said to have robbed Rs.50,000/.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was registered against two unknown. Referring to the order of the learned trial Court, it is submitted that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation and the confessional statement of co-accused made before police. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6971 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 possession and the cause of false implication of the petitioner is his antecedents. Inspite of being in custody since 11.4.2023, the petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., the material that has transpired in course of investigation as is evident from the order of the learned trial Court, no incriminating article having been recovered from the petitioner's possession and chargesheet having been submitted in the case without putting the petitioner on T.I. parade inspite of being in custody for 10 months since 11.4.2023, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case no.13 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran.
