2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No.165 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the allegation against coaccused persons is that they used to commit fraud people in a bank. Upon secret information they were caught and they also confessed name of the petitioners as their associate.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has committed no offence. They

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86245 of 2023(2) dt.16-01-2024 2/2 have been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. They are not named in the F.I.R. They are not apprehended on the spot. Name of the petitioners has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Janu Pandey. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 27.09.2023. Similarly situated co-accused namely Bikash Pandey @ Vikash Pandey has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 08.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. 84681 of 2023.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sri Mahadev, Bikramunj, Rohtas in connection with Natwar P.S.
