2. It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that by order dated 19.3.2024, the petitioner was granted bail by this Court and he was directed to mark his attendance at the local police station which by mistake has been mentioned as Majhaulia in place of Chanpatia.

3. In these circumstances, the paragraph no. 7 of the order dated 19.3.2024 is modified to extent that the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Chanpatia Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
