Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is younger brother of the husband of the victim of dowry death. Initially, complaint case was filed with general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same, soon before the death. The husband is already in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of investigation against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47420 of 2018(2) dt.16-08-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Siwan Muffasil Police Station Case No.230 of 2013, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
