Petitioner filed this writ petition for quashing the order as contained in Annexure 6 by which the petitioner has been transferred from +2 S.S. Girl's High School, Banka to +2 M.D.N. High School, Dumrama, Amarpur Banka under deputation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner raised grievance against highhandedness of the Headmistress and that is why the petitioner has been transferred. It appears that in the interest of administration, the petitioner has
