2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case No. 686 of 2019.

3. While rejecting the bail application of the petitioner in Cr.Misc.No. 16934 of 2025, it was observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges.

4. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that now charges have been framed.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let

No.79322 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case No. 686 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
