The petitioners by filing this writ petition seek

Patna High Court CWJC No.23948 of 2019(2) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 direction to the respondents-authorities to consider the grievance of the petitioners and change the D.P.R. of Road-cumRail Over Bridge and Fourlane between 11 k.ms. to 13 k.ms. of Hajipur-Musarigharari N.H.322.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that if the alignment is changed, there is no requirement for acquisition of land and petitioners can be saved from being landless but I find that the project is finalized after looking into all the feasibility and only thereafter the alignment of the road is fixed. In the mid of the project, any alteration in alignment may cause different technical problems in completion of road as per the requirement of the Highways and also enhance heavy cost in completion of road.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
