The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the order of this Court dated 29.07.2019, passed in CWJC 18099 of 2018, has stood complied with inasmuch as he is getting regular pension and has also been paid the arrears of pension and gratuity, nonetheless, it is prayed that the petitioner
Patna High Court MJC No.4633 of 2019(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 be granted liberty to approach the respondent-authorities, for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
