2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 139 of the B.N.S., registered in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 261 of 2024.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant alleged that his child namely, Ritik Kumar, sleeping on the bed, was found missing since late night. Accordingly the FIR.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He has further submitted that co-accused Munni Devi from whose possession, the kidnapped child was recovered has been granted bail. The name of the petitioner has figured in confessional

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82566 of 2024(2) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 statement of co-accused Munni Devi. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 13.08.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 261 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.

7. Before accepting the bail bond of the petitioner, the criminal antecedent shall be verified and if the petitioner is found involved in any case other than the present one, his bail bond shall not be accepted.
