2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 879 of 2021 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 302, 109/34 of the IPC.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71530 of 2022.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. From the perusal of the trial Court report dated 16.01.2024, it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83120 of 2023(3) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 within nine months.

6. Hence, learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within six months positively, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

7. In the aforesaid circumstances, the present application stands disposed of.
