No. 68905 of 2018 and vide order dated 28.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46713 of 2019.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been in custody 04.09.2018 and vide order dated 28.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46713 of 2019, the prayer for the bail of the petitioner was rejected with liberty to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge and now charge has been framed.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand)
