Misc. no. 5847 of 2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.3.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 5847 of 2018 but the petitioner could not surrender in time because he had gone to Delhi to earn his livelihood. He makes prayer for extension of time.

In such circumstances, four week's further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender in the Court below in connection with Pakariwarama P.S. case no. 144 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Nawada and in that event the petitioner will be
