2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and 274, 275 , 336 ( 2 ) and 317 (5) of BNS.

3 . Prosecution case is that 70 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from the seized vehicle .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of the petitioner was disclosed by other co-accused persons. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized vehicle . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
