NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 13-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna as well as learned counsel for the Bihar Gramin Bank.

Petitioner claims full payment of gratuity, leave encashment, group insurance and family pension including revision of pay as per the ACP. Petitioner's husband died while working on the post of Panchayat Secretary on 19.06.2012. Since then the retiral benefits have not been paid to the petitioner in

Patna High Court CWJC No.16357 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 full and family pension is not being granted. Considering the nature of claim and the prayer made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 6, the Block Development Officer, Belhar, Banka who would dispose of the representation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representation. If any amount is due, the same shall be paid within one month thereafter. If the respondent no. 6 finds some amount not payable, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by speaking order through registered post.
