====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-03-2020 Heard the counsel for the petitioner, the informant and the State.

The petitioner, who is in custody since 28.08.2019, seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 243 of 2019, dated 24.05.2019, instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 498 (A) , 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for no fault of his, he has been arraigned as an accused by his wife leading to his custody for such a long period. Despite this, the petitioner under an

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73290 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 obligation of a husband has settled the matrimonial dispute with his wife, which fact stands admitted by the counsel appearing for the informant/wife.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 243 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
