Danish was a Teacher who had kidnapped the minor girl namely Anuradha Kumari who was studying in that school in 10th Class for which Khagaul P.S. Case No.238/2019 has been in situated on 17/09/2019, U/s366A & 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of intervening developments, the application has become infructuous as the custody of the missing person stands handed over to the parents.
