2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 324 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. The deceased is said to have been killed by his father-in-law, wife and others. The petitioner is in jail since 14.09.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

4. From the materials available on record, it appears that the deceased has suffered from some ailment and died and because of that the entire family of his in-laws has been made accused whereas the wife of the deceased Kumkum Devi has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 22.02.2024

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar concerned court in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 324/2023.
