2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 517/2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 308, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioners along with other co-accused are of assaulting the informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner no. 1 has got six criminal antecedents,

No.83265 of 2023(2) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 petitioner no. 2 has five criminal antecedents whereas petitioner no. 3 has no criminal antecedent in which they are on bail mentioned in Para 3 of the bail application. He further submits that injury is found simple in nature which is clear from impugned order.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposes the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the injury is found to be simple in nature, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 517/2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Ranjeet/- U T
