2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., informant's daughter was married with co-accused Santosh Kr. Yadav in the year 2018 and out of the wedlock, one male child was born and it is alleged that after the marriage, informant's daughter was subjected to torture and harassment by her in-laws members and on 11.12.2024, this petitioner and other co-accused sprinkled petrol on informant's daughter and set her on fire, causing her death.
4. Petitioner is elder sister-in-law (xksruh) of the deceased. She is separate in mess & property and has got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it was this petitioner, who sprinkled petrol on the body of deceased (informant's daughter) and ignited fire. Moreover, the deceased died in an unnatural circumstances within seven years of marriage at her matrimonial house. Husband of deceased is still absconding.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
