JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 The present petition has been filed seeking clarification of the order dated 23.05.2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 511 of 2017.

In view of the nature of order being passed by this Court, it is not necessary to issue notice to the writ petitioner. The present petition is at the behest of one Yogendra Mohan Kumar Satyanshi and it has been complained that the dispute pertaining to the land in question is sub judice before the Bihar Land Tribunal.

Without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice

Patna High Court MJC No.2816 of 2018 (2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 to state that by the order dated 23.05.2018 passed in Criminal Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 511 of 2017, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.

It goes without saying that the petitioner shall be heard by the concerned Superintendent of Police before passing the final order.
