Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "For issuance of an appropriate writ including a writ in the nature of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce the victim girl of Laukahi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2018 or restore her possession, who has been kidnapped in the above noted case by the accused persons of the said case."

Learned counsel for the State states that F.I.R. No. 177 of 2018 dated 09.10.2018 already stands registered at Police

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1601 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 Station Laukahi under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and that the investigation shall positively be completed in accordance with law within a period of six months.
