A truck while being rashly and negligently driven dashed against an electric poll damaging the same including D.P. Channel as well as Transformer (63 KVA). On the basis thereof, this case has been registered under Section 279, 427 of the IPC and 139 of the Electricity Act against the driver of the aforesaid truck bearing registration no. UP25 BTO992. Needless to say that Section 279, 427 of the IPC are bailable and in likewise manner, 139 of the Electricity Act, as per schedule of the CrPC on account of prescribing fine only.
