The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019, registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws and disposing of the dead body due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Submission is that both the petitioners are brother-inlaw and gotni of the deceased, Kajal Devi, daughter of the informant, and both are residing to Bahadurgarh, Haryana, as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82033 of 2019(3) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 petitioner no. 1 use to work in a private company, i.e., Rajeshwari Petrochem Pvt. Ltd., but, both the petitioners have also been implicated in this case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Rosera, Samastipur, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
