Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rupaspur PS Case No. 384/2017 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Danapur.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case he submits that narration of the instant case is indicative of the past grudges against the family of the petitioners and the present case was registered in order to rope

Considering the totality of the fact including the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Danapur in connection with Rupaspur PS Case No. 384/2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
