The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Town P.S.Case No. 679 of 2019 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Regard being had to the nature of offence, the allegations made in the FIR, plea of innocence taken in the application and the submissions advanced at the Bar, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
