JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Petitioners are said to be the assailants of the deceased and earlier their prayer for bail was rejected twice by this Court firstly by order dated 4.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 49430 of 2018 and secondly by order dated 11.4.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 17255 of 2019.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are in custody for about two years and charge has been framed in this case but not a single witness has been examined. Heard learned APP.

In the above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. However, since charge has been framed and the case is pending for evidence, learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76350 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the same as early as possible. At the same time, Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad is directed to ensure the presence of the witnesses in the court on the date fixed, so that the trial may be concluded soon.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
