This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Kewati P.S. Case No.211 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 65(i) of the B.N.S. and under section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is said to have committed rape with a fifteen years old girl. He is in custody since 21.08.2025. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
