The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsels for the petitioner submits that no arms recovered from possession of the petitioner only five cartridges are said to have been recovered. However, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and have been in custody for last five months approximately.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely Kasim @ Kasif @ Nilu @ Kasib, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail
