JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-12-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent authorities to dispose of the representation, as contained in Annexure-2 series and P3 series of the Writ Application.

(ii) For issuance of a direction to the respondent authorities to enquire into the matter of the petitioner, pertaining to grant of loan on 30.06.2015 for a

Patna High Court CWJC No.18847 of 2024(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 sum of Rs. 65,000/- in favour of the petitioner by the Branch Manager, Branch-Aami, Central Bank of India, for which the petitioner had never applied.

(iii) For issuance of direction to the respondent no.7 to explain as to on what basis he has issued agricultural loan in the name of petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
