2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 386, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that three persons, namely, Arvind Singh, Adarsh Singh including the petitioner herein stopped the vehicle of the informant and one of the accused, namely, Arvind Singh extorted Rs. 14,000/- on a gun point. It is further alleged that all the accused persons escaped

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. From perusal of the FIR, it is clear that the main thrust of allegation is against Arvind Singh. No specific role has been attributed to this petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 30.07.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail stating the the petitioner has criminal antecedent of two cases.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 144 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Bhojpur at Ara/concerned Court.
