JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 12-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State along with learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation Mr. Prasoon Sinha. The learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation at the outset submits that the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed in terms of the order passed

Patna High Court MJC No. 4637 of 2019(4) dt.12-05-2023 2/3 by the learned Writ Court, it is next submitted that all the legitimate/ admitted dues of the petitioners stands paid. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute what has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Patna Municipal Corporation but then it is submitted that the calculation chart has not been provided showing how the calculation was done and whether the payments so made has been made in its entirety or still some legitimate dues are left to be paid.

The learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that the same will be provided to the petitioners within a month from today.

Be that as it may, in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation, the Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt application.

The contempt application is thus disposed of. However, the same would not preclude the petitioners from filing a second contempt in the event, if it is found that the entire admitted/ legitimate dues has not
