The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. On receiving the secret information carrying the liquor by two persons from village-Keshru, towards Kosma Hill. Informant along with other police officials moved there, on seeing the police party two persons started to fleeing away but on chase they had been apprehended who disclosed their names as Surendra Chaudhary and Shri Manjhi. On search, Surendra Chaudhary was found containing 5 liter country made liquor and Shri Manjhi was found containing two liter country made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72311 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 liquor. Both on query disclosed that they were carrying liquor from the petitioner Urmila Devi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner who is a lady had come in the F.I.R.on the basis of confessional statement of two accused persons who were apprehended by the police containing five liter and two liter country made liquor. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge Excise, Gaya, in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Rahul Mishra/- U T
