The petitioner seeks bail in Bela P. S. Case No. 39 of 2017, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304B /34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that evidence of the witnesses are going on. The informant has also been examined in this case.

The up-to-date Xerox copy of the order sheets and present stage of trial was called for which has been received and kept at Flag- A, wherein, it is mentioned that total 8

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49086 of 2018(6) dt.05-12-2018 2/2 witnesses have already been examined in this case. It is further mentioned in the report, submitted by the trial Court that summon has been issued to the I.O. for his evidence. The next date fixed in this case is 30. 11.2018.

Since the trial is at the concluding stage, therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
