JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 25-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that informant received information from his maternal aunt (Mami) that his Maternal uncle (Mama) has been shot near the clinic of Dr. Renu Singh while he was coming to his house with Alto vehicle bearing Registration No. BR28H-0127.

The First Information Report has been registered against unknown. Petitioner was arrested by the police in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 128 of 2018 and in that case police has recorded his confessional statement and involved

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
