====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 Heard Sri Rajnish Chandra, learned counsel , assisted by Sri Jainendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Meena Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody only since 27th April , 2018 in connection with Birupur P.S. Case No. 6 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 394 / 412 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 , has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated, however, on going through the F.I.R. it is evident that petitioner was apprehended while he was fleeing away after committing robbery. Considering specific accusation against the petitioner, there is no reason to pass favourable order. The prayer for grant of bail stands dismissed. (Rakesh Kumar, J) praful/- U T
