2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023 registered for offences under Sections 341, 342, 324, 325, 307, 302, 326, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are accused of killing the deceased. From the post-mortem report it appears that the deceased sustained burn injuries.

4. From the materials available on record it appears that the petitioners have killed the deceased.

5. Considering the nature and gravity of offence, this

6. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.

7. The petitioners are directed surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.

8. If the petitioners do not surrender within four weeks from today then the Superintendent of Police, Supaul will take all steps for arresting the petitioners.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Supaul through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
