2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that on 04.05.2025, the petitioner and other accused persons looted cash and brutally assaulted the grand-father of the informant due to which his grand-father died during the course of the treatment.

4. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence and the fact that the petitioner is one of the assailant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, and the same is accordingly rejected.
