JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 21.06.2019, seeks bail in connection with Amarpur (Phuli Dumar) P.S. Case No. 357 of 2016, dated 15.08.2016, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. All together 21 persons have been named in the F.I.R., but the act of firing has been attributed to Anil Panjiara, Dilip Panjiara and Jagdambi Panjiara. The petitioner though has been named in the F.I.R., but there is no specific accusation against him.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72481 of 2019(4) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 that the similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court. Considering the facts aforestated, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-Ist, Banka in connection with Amarpur (Phuli Dumar) P.S. Case No. 357 of 2016.

The application stands allowed.
