2. Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to make payment of compensation amount to the petitioner as her husband died during service period while posted as assistant teacher at Government Upgraded High School, Govindpur, Samastipur.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to file representation before respondent no. 5 for redressal of his
Patna High Court CWJC No.18641 of 2024(2) dt.10-12-2024 2/2 grievance.
4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners file such application before respondent no.5 within a period of six weeks from today.
5. In the event, if such application is filed within the said stipulated period, respondent no.5 shall look into the matter and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the application.
6. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
