2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, on 20.06.2024 at 7.00 P.M., all the F.I.R., named accused persons including these petitioners came in the marriage ceremony of neighbour of informant without invitation and started dancing and on protest, they dashed the brother of informant due to which he fell down and thereafter, all the accused persons assaulted informant and is family members due to which three persons sustained injuries.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83966 of 2024(3) dt.27-01-2025 2/2 the parties are co-villagers and due to petty dispute, these petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. No specific overt act is alleged against them. Case and counter case. Injury allegedly caused by these petitioners are simple in nature. Petitioner No. 1 have got one criminal antecedent and petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 229 of 2024 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
