The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Basantpur P.S.Case No. 428 of 2017, registered for the offences under Sections 366 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioner is that he enticed away the minor daughter of the informant and still she is traceless.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion and the petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2018. Heard learned A.P.P., who opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner on the basis of that the girl is still traceless. Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that I

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after recording the statement of the minor girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
