Petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Town P.S. Case No.374 of 2015 registered under Sections 406, 417, 420, 465, 467, 468, 469, 323, 447, 504, 506 and 120B of the IPC.
The informant alleged in his complaint petition that the petitioner sold the entire land in favour of the informant after receiving consideration amount although the petitioner had only half share in the land. The own brother of the petitioner had already sold his half share in the land to someone else. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner disclosed the entire facts to the informant and he did not cheat the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77890 of 2019(4) dt.17-03-2020 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner executed sale deed with regard to the entire land whereas the petitioner has got only half share in the land. It appears that the dispute is of civil nature and for that the petitioner is in jail since 30.08.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S.
