The petitioner has been in custody since 06.08.2019 in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 604/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 3/4/5 of the immoral Traffic Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on suspicion that the petitioner was carrying a immoral traffic trade in his premises, he has been taken into custody. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl who is alleged to have been recovered from the room, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., has denied the occurrence. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he had taken on rent the room from where the alleged recoveries were made.

No.73285 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 604/2019.
