JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard Mr. Siyaram Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Vishwambhar Prasad, learned Assisting Counsel to Additional Advocate General No.5 for the State.

The writ petition was disposed of with a direction to

Patna High Court MJC No.2893 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 the opposite party no.6, the Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Public Health Engineering Department, Bihar, Patna to consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law by a speaking order to be passed within eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of the said order. Learned counsel for the State invites the attention to the order dated 30.05.2018 enclosed as Annexure R/1 to the show cause to submit that the order has been complied but counsel for the petitioner expresses dissatisfaction. Be that as it may, in view of the order passed by the opposite parties dated 30.05.2018 (Annexure R/1), no cause for contempt is made and the contempt application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner, if so advised to question the order before the appropriate forum.
