The petitioner is aggrieved by the selection of one Basudeo Ram for being granted license even though he is a resident of a different place and his wife is a member of the Panchayat Samiti.

From the averments made in the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner has already objected to the selection of aforesaid Basudeo Ram vide an objection petition which has been brought on record as Annexure3 to the writ petition.

3) is directed to dispose off the objection petition of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks, to be counted from a reminder letter by the petitioner within a period of one week.

The objection petition shall be disposed off by a reasoned order which shall be communicated to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed off accordingly.
