2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in a case in connection with Rupauli (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 121/2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioners are of assaulting the father and brother of the informant by rod, stick and spade with intention to kill.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners have got one criminal antecedent mentioned in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83719 of 2023(2) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 Para 3 of the bail application. There is case and counter case and also there is admitted land dispute between the parties. Injury was found to be simple in nature.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of injury and admitted land dispute between the parties, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Rupauli (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 121/2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Ranjeet/- U T
