The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 353, 332, 333, 337, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Due to murder of a lady a mob had blocked the road traffic and allegation is that they scuffled with the police when the police had gone for removal of blockade.

Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner has stated that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be

No.49273 of 2018(2) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kartahan P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
